LEESBURG - The Jackets beat a struggling Ocala Lake Weir varsity boys soccer team 6-1 at Leesburg Memorial Field at Hubert O. Dabney Stadium. Ben Grimm prevented the Hurricanes from being shutout with a goal of of a John Somers assist. The loss gives Lake Weir a 2-11 record on the season.
Lake Weir visits Lake City Columbia on Saturday.
